Our founder, Richard MacDowell, is a former prosecutor for the commonwealth of Virginia and experienced trial attorney with nearly 29 years of legal experience. Mr. MacDowell leads a team of four attorneys who are deeply committed to protecting the rights of clients charged with criminal violations ranging from speeding tickets to felony charges.
